What makes this gathering so special is that it is co-created by you! We encourage everyone to participate and help out where they can.
How you can help:
- Volunteer for a shift at welcome area, in the kitchen, or at the café. It’s a great way to meet people!
- Help replenish the washing-up water if it runs cold.
- Report any issues (empty loo roll, damaged facilities) to a crew member.
- Join in the collective "take down" of the site on Sunday afternoon.
Site Rules:
- Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated areas.
- No open fires, except in the official fire pits. Please ensure children do not play with the fires.
- Keep children out of restricted areas.
- We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave without a refund if they do not respect the site rules or cause a nuisance to others.
Photography and GDPR:
We will have people capturing photos and videos throughout the weekend for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the Welcome station upon arrival so we can respect your privacy.
